Asif Brothers endeavors to deliver best in class Sales and Distribution services to its esteemed Principals by devising effective strategies for optimum sales solutions. We leave no stones unturned to meet sales targets which are carefully set by considering market dynamics and sales trends. Monthly planned targets are based upon sales volumes forecasted by us in collaboration with our principal companies. Sales targets are not only systematically cascaded down the line (from Business Managers to Order Bookers) but also reviewed on daily basis to ensure 100% achievement thereof, through various automation tools.

For optimum results, sales team is bifurcated on the basis of Geographic Area, Product Category and Channels, such as, International and Local Modern Trade, Wholesale, Pharmacy and General Trade, Out of Home, etc.Our Sales Solutions ensure not only development of new customers but growth of existing customer volumes as well.Periodic training sessions ensure keeping our sales team up to the mark with changing market dynamics to amicably handle challenges faced in the performance of their duties.

WAREHOUSING

We are equipped with modern and standardized warehouses which are fully compliant with GWP (Good Warehouse Practices) to ensure safe handling and perseverance of products. We also have cold storage facility and vehicles to supply Chilled Dairy products in the market.

OUT OF HOME

In recent times, Asif Brothers is emerging as specialist distributors for Out of Home Channel, such as, Hotels, Restaurants, Cafeterias (HoReCa), Business and Industries (B & I), Institutions.

In 2013, Asif Brothers started its operations in Out of Home Channel while becoming distributor of Nestle Professional and now it is serving almost 65% of Out of Home channel, etc.

In 2015, it became distributor of Tapal Tea (Pvt) Ltd too and developed this channel with sustainable growth.

In 2017, Young’s Foods joined hands with Asif Brothers and started serving this channel from scratch and now it is serving half of the Lahore region and it is growing with high rate.

INFRASTRUCTURE

We are equipped with strong infrastructure comprising of 5 offices, 6 standardized warehouses and 100 plus supply vehicles. We also have cold storage facility and temperature-controlled vehicles to handle and store chilled products.

We have very dedicated and experienced team of professionals to handle our operations along with very strong backup office comprising of Accounts, Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resource and Administration Departments to support our operations.
